I came here alone, so I just ordered two dishes. Personally, I liked the food. I enjoy a variety of flavors, and everything had a nice mix of sweet, salty, and bold tastes. The pomelo dish reminded me of yum from Isan food, a bit sweet and salty with that kick of kapi flavor, which I really liked. I also ordered a 600g fish. Yes, you can squeeze some lime over it and dip it in seafood sauce, then eat it with rice. So good. The only downside is the price. It’s not exactly budget friendly, but I can understand. *** I recommend booking before you go to save time and avoid long queues. They do accept walk-ins, but you might have to wait a while.

We had dinner at Maadae and came back again next day because we had such a great experience! We ordered many different dishes and everything was delicious. Pomelo salad and Thai Style Sweet Fish Jerky stood out. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, lovely!

Love the place! We literally ordered every food on the menu! Some dishes could taste alright but most of them are super delicious. Highly recommend to come with a group of friends so you can enjoy as many dishes as you can. We also ordered dessert which made from the real sako tree and they have homemade cola. Definitely going back there again! Highly recommend for those who wish to escape the normal northern local food!

Got its positive review which made me come over. Fish was fresh and delicious. Egg with crab meat whilst a bit salty for me. Clear tom yam soup is my no 1 order soup, but we found it salty too. That's why i give it only 4 stars. Keep it up. Anyway its a nice place to dine in anyway. Give it a try...

I make a reservation for dinner time. The service are good. The grilled fish and squid taste fresh. The dipping sauce is nice. If you are around Ching Mai, is worth for a visit. The drink is nice too! I ordered cola - is their home drink. Could not find elsewhere

Best fish cuisine in chiang mai so far. Stir fried shrimp sauce is heavenly delicious! Order any fish and menus you will love it. It's better to reserve.

Been here twice and loved it both times! Delicious food, good selection of wine and the service is great! **FYI: The restaurant can get very busy and most people call in to reserve ahead of time. I've seen people who did not reserve the table and just walked in to wait for a table and they definitely did not look happy! Even looked around and gossiped about tables that they felt like should hurry up and leave for them. So I 100% advise to book your table before you go so you can really have an enjoyable evening**

One of our favorite meals in Chiang Mai! The chargrilled catch of the day was fresh and not too dry. We tried almost everything on the lunch menu - pomelo salad, mussels, 2 seasonal vegetables with and without salted fish and Southern curry with fish of the day. Everything was amazing and I would recommend seasonal vegetables with salted fish (not too salty, not too dry)! The chargrilled fish is a must try and they grill it right outside the restaurant. Highly recommend a reservation as we tried to walk in for dinner and weren’t able to - booking through Google Maps is the easiest method. We heard about this restaurant through a recommendation and so happy we came here! 6-7 dishes with rice would be enough for 4 people based on our experience. I recommend coming with a larger group so you can try more things!
